Pazaryeri Yorumları — Gizlilik Politikası

Pazaryeri Yorumları, bir Shopify uygulamasıdır. Satıcının pazaryerindeki (bugün Trendyol) ürün değerlendirmelerini ve soru-cevaplarını, satıcının Shopify mağazasındaki ürün sayfalarında gösterir. Uygulamayı Neuday (Alp Yenigün) geliştirir ve işletir.

Hangi verileri saklıyoruz

• Mağaza bilgisi: mağazanın .myshopify.com adresi ve Shopify'ın verdiği erişim jetonu. Jeton şifreli saklanır.
• Pazaryeri erişim anahtarları: satıcının panele kendi girdiği satıcı numarası ve API anahtarları. Anahtarlar şifreli saklanır ve yalnız pazaryerine yapılan isteğin başlığında kullanılır.
• Ürün eşleşmesi: ürün barkodları, Shopify ürün kimlikleri ve pazaryeri ürün kimlikleri.
• Pazaryeri içeriği: pazaryerinde herkese açık duran değerlendirmeler (puan, metin, tarih, pazaryerinin maskelediği ad) ve satıcının yanıtladığı sorular.
• Ziyaretçinin yazdığı değerlendirme: puan, başlık, metin ve ziyaretçinin değerlendirmenin altında görünmesi için kendi yazdığı ad.

Hangi verileri saklamıyoruz

• Alıcıların adı, e-postası, telefonu veya adresi — hiçbiri alınmaz.
• Sipariş, sepet, ödeme veya kargo bilgisi — hiçbiri alınmaz.
• Shopify müşteri kimliği — Shopify bu bilgiyi vitrin isteğinde kendiliğinden gönderir; uygulama okumaz ve kaydetmez.
• Çerez kullanılmaz, ziyaretçi izleme yapılmaz, hiçbir veri reklam ya da pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz, üçüncü kişilere satılmaz.

Uygulamanın istediği izin

Uygulama Shopify'dan tek bir izin ister: write_products. Bunu yalnız ürünün puan özetini (ortalama ve değerlendirme sayısı) ürünün kendi alanına yazmak için kullanır; böylece yıldızlar sayfa açılır açılmaz görünür. Müşteri, sipariş ya da ödeme izni istenmez.

Verilerin işlendiği yerler

Uygulama Vercel üzerinde çalışır, verileri Supabase (PostgreSQL) veritabanında tutar. Her iki hizmet de yalnız bu uygulamanın verilerini barındırmak için kullanılır.

Saklama süresi ve silme

• Uygulama kaldırıldığında Shopify erişim jetonu düşülür.
• Shopify'ın shop/redact bildirimi geldiğinde mağazanın kurulum kaydı, bağlantıları, anahtarları ve değerlendirmeleri silinir.
• customers/redact ve customers/data_request bildirimlerinde silinecek ya da verilecek bir şey yoktur: uygulama alıcıyı tanımlayan hiçbir bilgi tutmaz.
• Satıcı, ziyaretçinin yazdığı bir değerlendirmeyi panelden istediği zaman silebilir.

Pazaryeri Yorumları is a Shopify app. It shows the merchant's product reviews and answered questions from a marketplace (today Trendyol) on the product pages of the merchant's Shopify store. The app is built and operated by Neuday (Alp Yenigün).

What we store

• Shop data: the shop's .myshopify.com domain and the Shopify access token. The token is stored encrypted.
• Marketplace credentials: the seller id and API keys the merchant enters in the app. They are stored encrypted and are used only in the request sent to the marketplace.
• Product matching: product barcodes, Shopify product ids and marketplace product ids.
• Marketplace content: publicly visible marketplace reviews (rating, text, date, the name as masked by the marketplace) and the questions the merchant has answered.
• Reviews written on the storefront: rating, title, text and the display name the visitor types themselves.

What we do not store

• No buyer name, e-mail, phone number or address is collected.
• No order, cart, payment or shipping data is collected.
• The Shopify customer id, which Shopify adds to storefront app-proxy requests automatically, is not read and not stored.
• No cookies, no visitor tracking, no advertising or marketing use, no sale of data to third parties.

Scopes

The app requests a single Shopify scope: write_products. It is used only to write the product's rating summary (average and review count) into the product's own metafield, so stars appear as soon as the page loads. No customer, order or payment scope is requested.

Where data is processed

The app runs on Vercel and stores data in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database.

Retention and deletion

• When the app is uninstalled, the Shopify access token is dropped.
• On Shopify's shop/redact webhook the shop's install record, links, credentials and reviews are deleted.
• For customers/redact and customers/data_request there is nothing to delete or return: the app holds no buyer identifier.
• The merchant can delete any storefront-written review from the app at any time.
